Hang out with us on snapchat! Our name is DecentLovers.
Decent Lovers started as Elijah Wyman's pop experiment while living in the mountains of Western North Carolina where he played with some great band mates. After moving to Providence, RI he and his wife, Rhonda, decided to start working together on music just like they do in their "day job" with their Design & Craft brand, Figs & Ginger. The result is a fun & flirty two piece with synths, autoharps, and electric guitars.
Decent Lovers has been compared to Alt-J by Pigeons and Planes, Foals and Animal Collective by NME and Islands by Indie Shuffle. Decent Lovers has also opened for Foster the People, Hollerado and Darwin Deez. Their songs have been included in NME Radar Buzz Mixes, Mercedes Mixed Tape, featured by Soundcloud and played on BBC6. Good times.

"We smell like diesel fuel and lemon balm. it's me and you," warbles Elijah Wyman over detuned guitar, thumping bass and scattershot percussion on 'Keep it together.' It's typical, esoteric lyrics from the zany Wyman who's new project combines Foals' indie rock braininess and Tom Vek's spiky riffs with the euphoric, rhythmic punch of Animal Collective."
